SCD&C recently remodeled our hall bathroom. Until you do one of these projects you don't realize how many design decisions there are to make! But they provide the assistance of a designer who walked us through each design choice. The construction crew was entirely professional, a pleasure to have in our home, and completed our entire project in less than 3 weeks (from the day they first started demolition). We are very pleased with how it turned out!

State College Design and Construction just finished an important job for me: replacement of the cedar shakes on the upper floor of my 1927 house. Not only is it beautiful, it was very reasonably priced. And the crew was incredible: super professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. This was a challenging job because of characteristics of my house, site, and plantings; SCD&C was respectful of all those conditions with a "can do" attitude throughout. Amazing clean-up, too. I highly recommend!

What a great find for Strawberry Fields Inc. We called SCD&C for estimate. They responded quickly with a team of professionals to look at our projects. We had them remodel a bathroom to that was necessary for safer more efficient care for our consumers.

Jen, the designer did a great job with helping to design the bathroom to our needs. Sasha was always available for questions and concerns in construction. Rob, Clint and James worked hard every day and were very professional even after having to tear up 5 layers of flooring (sorry guys! LOL) during their work.

They came in under the original budget even with changes that were made during the construction. They were open to suggestions when a lighting concern came up. They stayed within the agreed upon construction time frame. All materials were purchased and ready to go on day one.

Thank you State College Design and Construction for your hard work and great end product. We will certainly use you in the near future.

Working with SCD&C on a two bathroom remodel was definitely a five-star experience — from initial walk through and consultation through project completion. Every company representative (operations, design, and construction) was a pleasure to work with. They listened to all my concerns and ideas, came up with a range of design and product selections that perfectly fit my desired aesthetic, and executed the project above my expectations. Even with the hiccups and odd quirks of an older house, they maintained schedule and delivered an outstanding product. I highly recommend —and will definitely contact them for any future projects.

We engaged SC D&C to design and construct a roof over our existing patio. Overall we are extremely pleased with the entire process and the final product shows attention to detail and fine workmanship. SC D&C was always responsive to our inquiries and accommodating when we requested changes. Our covered patio is the showpiece of our home and we would recommend SC D&C without reservation.
