Horrible customer service don’t go here. They don’t help with anything and they never have anything. There’s a better beauty supply store right across from the car dealership. The old lady told me to read the box instead of helping me find what I was looking for.

I traveled from NYC and went straight to visit Stroud Beauty Supply on 8/29/2024. As I was making a purchase I asked to use the rest room. The owner explained to me that in the past she had 2 customers with kids that wet up her toilet seat. They did not clean up behind themselves. So, she no longer allows anyone to use her rest room. She went on and on about not caring who it was. She would no longer be hospitable to customers, even in an emergency situation. With that, she then sent me next door to Dollar Tree. They no longer have public rest rooms either. I went back to ask her to please make an exception. She said no. I then decided to ask for a refund. SHE HAS A NO RETURN POLICY. I thanked her and told her I would never return or recommend her establishment. Her response was that she didn't care, and she then aggressively informed me about her legal rights not to grant me a refund. Her demeanor became nasty and argumentative. NEVER AGAIN. I will never patronize an establishment that shows no value or customer appreciation. I have decided not to comment on the condition and products in the store. It was an emergency purchase for me......... but I will say this.... ma'am your customer service sucks and you need to get it together!!!!

The date is 04/06/24 . The time is 11:05am, if your running a business and on Google it says your store open hours is at 10pm. Why your store not open. I road pass there’s people outside waiting on. If you have an emergency I understand.

Owner is rude, gold lipstick lady is also rude. B.O.B, you get what you get, I guess. They lost a good customer/referral. It's not about the money it's about the principle. They stole $1.27 from me and refuse to return it. They claimed that they charge their customers a service fee percent based on $ amount purchased at the time of purchase. They refunded me my tax and amount for the item but not service fee. It only cost you guys 1.27 from the owner yelling over the phone when I bought it to her attention, a hang up and the statement, "do what you have to do". I'm surprised but not shocked.

Shalam... May the most HIGH keep and bless yall... this is THE ONLY PLACE i go to get my frankincense and myrrh... they're friendly and helpful, best prices around. They also have many, many other beauty accessories... moving down here from the Bronx, this was the only spot I could say felt just like home... come thru, you will NOT be disappointed!
