We spent months looking for outdoor furniture for our lanai and pool deck. There were a lot of choices but after much consideration we decided to go with Suncoast Patio aluminum furniture - we felt they had the best quality for what we were looking for, they had a great selection of finishes and fabrics and they made the whole process really easy - Jessica ,our sales rep, was fantastic. We purchased an umbrella and 16 pieces consisting of a dining table, 6 swivel chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 4 reclining chairs with 2 ottomans mid-September and they arrived on their estimated date of delivery. I highly recommend Suncoast Patio Furniture!

What a great experience working with Suncoast. We are fortunate that the office/factory is a short drive from Naples. We met with Jessica and she spent many hours working with us over the course of several weeks to answer questions, give details, measurements and assist in selecting furniture & fabrics for our large community project. We couldn't have done it without her assistance. She was very friendly and professional through out the entire process. They were timely in delivering furniture and setting up for us. Everyone that we worked with at Suncoast was friendly, professional and put the customer first. We will definately work with them again.

We have Suncoast patio furniture that was due for an update. Eileen at Suncoast helped us through the process of choosing new chair fabric and installing the slings ourselves - which saved a lot of money! The delivery was flawless. The materials are a great quality and value. The instructions and photos made installation easy. Highly recommend this business!

Ordered a custom aluminum and sling back chair outdoor dining set in early March 2021. They said 4-6 weeks to delivery. It’s now almost 16 weeks—no set, no word from them. Called a month ago-no one returned my call. Same thing today. RUN DONT WALK AWAY!

Update on review: did finally get the outdoor dining set right after I wrote review. It is beautiful—seems well made. They need to communicate better! Time will tell about quality. Send pic later.

Ordered new sling material for my 20 year old set. The order process was great. The material arrived in three weeks with all of the other parts I ordered. It took only a day for this novice to do four chairs. They provided the instructions and it was easy, better than buying a new set.

My wife and I bought a Suncoast Patio set 20+ years ago while we lived outside Chicago. We have now moved to Florida and decided it needed some tender loving care. I contacted Suncoast and we are working together to get new slings, tube plugs and feet to bring it up to par. We have been very happy with the set and are looking forward for the parts to arrive. When done I will be updating my review.

Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind their product and not assist when you have issues. We purchased several outdoor sling chairs. A screw on the seat of one of the chairs completely broke. So the chair cannot be used since the seat wont support a person. The solder on the side the chair makes it impossible to put a new screw and bolt in. We called the company and they said they don't warranty the screw that they used to put their chair together and told me to find and pay someone to drill out the solder. They told us to email someone else at the company which we did. No response from anyone. We now have a useless chair.

We ordered an entire complement of pool furniture for a medium sized condo complex with a large pool - chaise lounges, chairs, tables, umbrellas. The quality of the products is excellent and the service was outstanding. Everything is attractive and comfortable. We would definitely use them again.
