Michelle Hilton is the BEST!!! She helped me with all my issues with the permits. We purchased a place in Fl and we leave in NJ and had so much problem with the construction but she helped me all the way to make sure we can close the permit and explain led everything in detail. Without her I don’t think we will be able to finish as my contractor needed some help as how to upload the requested documents. Thank you so much for everything 🙏❤️

I must say it’s been a total pleasure working with Mr. Boris Giacoman! He has been an angel in this overwhelming process during my apt’s renovations. I’ve had a series of hurdles for over half a year delaying my move in date and not to mention the financial burden that came along with it. Working with Mr. Giacoman was a total delight! As a permit expeditor (FLY’S PERMIT SERVICES, LLC), I can tell you this is one of the best municipalities. They are very fast. All the clerks in the building department are respectful, knowledgeable, and always willing to help and guide you to the process. For today’s visit, I have to thank Nichole Sanders-Fuqua. The front staff have been absolutely fabulous in working through the permitting process and the plan review process while arduous resulted in a better project and finally the building inspection staff have been in valuable in ensuring that we are protected in the construction.
