I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your kindness and support throughout the process of obtaining the necessary permits for my home in Sunrise.

This was my first experience with renovations, and I encountered unexpected challenges that required corrections and repairs. The process ended up being far more costly and complex than I had anticipated, making your guidance and patience all the more invaluable.

I want to share my experience in this office on Thursday 10th January 2019 because we are used to giving comments only when they receive us badly, but very little time when the experience is phenomenal. I did not ask the name of the Latin lady who answered me about a problem with my water payment, for a disconnection that the park where I lived had not resolved, but this lady was so kind that she offered her help in a way that I felt Weird in a public service office, where the attention is usually terrible, but if all the people who provide customer service in the government offices were like it would be spectacular. The lady was in the first window, and I noticed that the excellent service was with everyone equally. my respects to her🤝👸👏👏👏👏👏👏

Needs to fix their traffic light system. I’m sure they need to replenish funds after building their new governmental center, but wasting people’s time having to fight unfair traffic tickets is deplorable. Especially during a pandemic

for the first time i see tax dollars been spend on the area, the city hall recreation center, the new parks, the fireworks
