Jorge and Robert from Synergy installed, setup, and provided detail instructions on my complete security system. Both were professional, on time, and efficient. They even stayed on to help me with my other secure systems. Great job and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them to any and all customers looking for a security system install.

I've used Synergy a handful of times now for surround installation, various low voltage installations, and automatic shades installations. What I like most about Synergy is they do not consider a job complete until we are satisfied. The entire team is committed to excellence. Mike Hopstad is quick to address all requests and concerns and is quick with answers to all questions. I can recommend Synergy w/o hesitation, and will hire them again in the future.

This company is fantastic to start out. They seem great. Then fast forward a few months dow the road and everything starts breaking and no one will return your call or come out to fix anything. The biggest mistake I made when building my new home was using this company for Audio Video. I have a TV I paid $5,000 for that has not worked in a month and they tried to fix weeks ago and said they cannot and still charged me a service call. Please look elsewhere.

I interviewed three different companies to help update my home network and chose Synergy. During the free initial on-site visit Erwin asked the appropriate questions and even solved some issues before I even hired Synergy. Chris and Ryan were the installers and went above and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.

Have been a Synergy Florida customer since November 2023. Recently experienced an issue with the video components of the security system; when contacting Synergy, the supervisor told me that I failed to take out the extended warrantee and would need to pay a $95.00 service call fee + time.

Either way, buyer beware when selecting Synergy. Their sales team does a less-than-professional job of communicating with new customers.

I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, because bad reviews affect people and their livelyhoods in a negative way, but my experience with Synergy will prevent he/she who reads it from being affected negatively from them. We orderd a summer kitchen from them four our new Pulte Home, the initial meeting was not very well organized and the lighting in the showroom was lacking. Synergy totally forgot to do the install at our new home and 2 days before closing they were rushing to get things done, and as you might have guessed did not complete in time. We ordered a summer kitchen with what looked to be a nice color, but when it showed up at our house the color was not what we had hoped it was. We asked for a change in color and Synergy negated to change unless we payed $4.5k (later $3k) for the new cabinets, as we had ordered that color. They could have easily re used the originals somewhere else, but they were just reluctant to do so. So negating to pay the difference we decided to let them finish the original product, but a month later we are still with non-summer kitchen.
In summary, Synergy is an unprepared, unprofessional and trully expensive company. Please if you can shop aroud other options, your life will be ao much less aggravating and in the end you will thak us. Would not recomend to my worst enemy. Again I hate writing negative reviews, but the lack attitude and professionalism by synergy just made me do it.
