Do not purchase from this business. The owner Dan is dishonest, rude and unethical. The products sold are substandard. I purchased an ice machine after being told it was serviced, cleaned and in perfect condition. The machine stopped working after a week of use. After dropping off the machine and waiting for repairs to be made I picked the machine back up and it lasted another 5 days before breaking down again. Took in for service again and after waiting 2 weeks picked up ice maker again. Machine lasted a few days and broke down again. I advised Dan that I would like to swap this machine out since they can’t seem to repair it. Dan did offer to refund my purchase however since I need an ice machine I agreed to swap this machine with a replacement. After waiting another 3 weeks I went to pick up my replacement and right away I noticed the machine was rusted out and had been patched back together. I did not want to accept a machine in such poor condition and asked for a refund instead. Dan became frustrated and stated he did not have enough cash to refund me and assured me the machine was in perfect operating condition. Since I did not want to leave with no machine and no refund I reluctantly took the machine. After hooking up the machine it immediately blew a bunch of sand and rust particles out of the fans. There was a loud noise from the fans and after inspecting the machine further I found that the floor and inner components were rusted so bad the fan blades were hitting the swollen floor. The condenser was extremely corroded and had been spray painted to try and hide the rust. I let Dan know about the noise and he simply asked if it was making ice which it was. He obviously knew the machine was garbage and didn’t think I would check it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and allowed the machine to run since it was producing ice. After a couple days the ice production slowed down and after 2 more days the machine shut itself down just like the first one. At this point I asked for a refund as I no longer wanted to waste time running back and forth. Dan agreed to refund my purchase. Due to him being so busy, sick, out of town or whatever excuse he hadn’t used yet I was unable to return the machine for 2 weeks. I finally had to let him know I would be at his shop in the morning waiting to return the ice maker. He unloaded the machine and took me into the office and told me there was nothing wrong with either machine and told me it was my water supply or something I was doing wrong. He then stated he was going to charge me a restocking fee for a faulty machine and that he did not bring cash to refund me. He never once mentioned charging me when he offered to refund my money. He offered to Zelle or cash app me which I did not want to do, I made it clear I wanted cash as I had paid cash. He said he would get cash and meet me later to pay me. So now I have no machine and he still has my money. I went home and checked my water supply and verified that it was acceptable per the manufacturer specifications. I advised Dan of this and let him know I would not be responsible for a restocking fee for 2 bad machines. He said he would call me to set up arrangements for me to pick up my refund, he never called. I contacted him the next day and let him know I setup a cash app so he could pay me that way. I had to constantly call and message him for a week before he finally returned my money. He still charged me a restocking fee for bad machines and refuses to return my full purchase price.
Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this dishonest and unethical business as possible.

We purchased a brand new ice machine that was supposed to have a warranty. We’ve contacted the owner multiple times and our machine is not working. They ignore us nonstop leaving our ice machine non-operable. Stay away from this company!
