We brought two units in for an estimate for repair. We have an invoice in our hands currently stating we would receive an estimate of cost. Instead, we were presented a month later with a huge bill and one working machine. Apparently they took parts from one unit to fix the other (which was initially discussed, but not agreed upon, as a possible option if needed) and are charging us over $1200. All of this WITHOUT our permission. They initially held the one working machine, demanding payment. However, after threatening to call an attorney, the manager did agree to cut the repair cost in half. We still only have one working machine now and a rather hefty bill that probably wasn’t worth the cost to repair. At least the company did something to try to make it right.

TERRIBLE customer service. Their service call is the WORST. Left me waiting 3 days. I called everyday and everyday they said they were going to show up, and ALL 3 days they left us hanging. Then they got the nerves to call me over the phone to tell me my machine parts are very expensive and that they can't fix it...mind that, over the phone, NEVER sent a tech to check the problem of the machine. I do not recommend them to service your espresso machines or anything for that matter.

Our ice cream machine was making a weird noise so we had to call Taylor to come check it out. The Taylor employee that came out the next day, Paul, took his time to thoroughly check the machine. He not only fixed the problem, but showed us what the problem was and pointed out what to look for in the future.

I called them and they were great to help
After arriving paid and told me they needed to come back
They did and replaced so called part. I needed Freon in line they did while I was told it worked when I went to use my machine it did not
I called Bunn they said it was now done correctly and they needed to come back and take air out of lines and add the correct amount of Freon
Spoke to customer service said mgr would get back
NEVER DID
I then received a bill I called them they said money was not collected at time of services which is was!
Regardless I have yet to get a call nor proper service on something I paid lots of money for
IF I PAY SOMEONE BY THE 1/2 HR I DONT EXPECT THEM TO BE ON THE PHONE WITH OTER PPL!

Terrible customer service! The techs they send out to “fix” your machines break them and are not held accountable! No wonder McDonald’s is suing them! Long overdue and I hope they win BIG!!!!
