Incompotent would be a compliment
Larry Curly and Mo run the water billing department which needs an overhaul in itself.The billing system is an atrocity and everyones too busy drinking big gulps of mountain dew, eating lays chips, smoking cigarettes and playing candy crush on their cell phones to actually answer the phones or do the jobs that they are actually paid to do.Temple Terrace has gone to the dumps!

Turned my water off I paid it in time to have the service restored even saw the guy in my neighborhood two doors down from my house and they refused to turn my water back on untill the next day. Mike the supervisor is a coward I emailed him back and called and he refused to take my phone call and speak to me man to man. This whole office needs to be cleared out and new people need to be hired!

I pull permits in different AHJ's and this city is very incompetent. We called and send an email requesting information about how to submit a permit. They didn't provide us the complete information and when we were there Paul had an attitude and insinuate that we where lying, when I have evidence. Not professional at all. This is the first time and hopefully the last time of us submitting permits in this AHJ.

I just moved in 30 days ago and they shut my water off. I work a hard job outside and need to shower! What is this! Even in 3rd world countries they cannot legally shut off water to a home. This is bogus, I called after hours for some kind of answer and the guy on the phone said "I just work here bro". Makes me want to move

Worst experience ever. No one can direct me to the right place to pay a parking violation. Been dealing with this for over a week and Laurie is rude, doesn’t know how to properly answer a phone. She just says “Hello” Like hello ? Is this Temple Terrace City Hall? Ignorant workers who can’t find an answer to anything or assist with finding the answer through someone else.
