I am so impressed by the quality of work done! They replaced my steps leading to my front stoop and put in a new driveway apron in cement. Then finished the remainder of the asphalt driveway. This company isn't one of those rip and replace outfits but rather the detail and quality work along the way are top notch. My neighbor got his done by them 5 years ago and it still looks brand new! If you want quality work done, they are the people to do it! I'll recommend them to any of my friends!

All I can really say, is this company is top notch. We had some drainage issues going on w/ our driveway, plus it just needed to be replaced. A friend of mine recommended Original Driveway Design & got me in touch w/Harlan. He made out to look @ what we had going on & simply told me that they're gonna be a lil more spendy than some others & he explained why. After we agreed & this crew got started I could see why. There was NO base under asphalt that was there (which explains why some don't last as long as they should) Harlan & his crew know their stuff & fixed the driveway the way it should've been done the first time!!! Also scheduled their work in conjunction w/ who we had do our patio/apron so there was no overlapping & things had time to settle as they should. We are so happy w/ how it turned out (almost don't want to drive on it now 🤣) We wouldn't hesitate to go with or recommend them to others who'd need their services. Again GREAT JOB!!!! & Thank you.

We hired The Original Driveway design company to redo our driveway with a new concrete apron and asphalt combination. Harlan recommended increasing the size of the apron that would help address drainage issues we have and push the water away from the house. This was the only company of several that provided a solution for us. The job went very quickly and was completed in a little over two weeks. Harlan, Randy and the whole crew were very friendly and very knowledgeable and patient and were able to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with our new driveway and would highly recommend them.

The Original Driveway Design was very knowledgeable, thorough, affordable and they kept me informed the whole way. My only complaint was getting 3 inches of rain the day before my driveway was supposed to go in, causing it to get delayed. I mentioned that I was going to watch as they put in the driveway and he smiled and said I'd get to watch the best. The crew was all friendly and kind. I put out some Soda on ice since it was a hot day and the crew really appreciated it.

We had a very old, deteriorating driveway. After speaking with a few different companies, Driveway Design came out and took a look. We were very impressed with how thorough and professional they were. We decided to go with them for the replacement of our driveway and apron. Randy and team were fantastic. Five Star Job!! Professional and knowledgeable from initial contact, Estimate, Contract, payment thru installation. Their combination design of aggregate with asphalt looks artful. ( for a driveway) Highly recommended. The rain water actually flows now, all the way down the entire driveway and doesn’t puddle up. Exceeded expectations in both look and functionality. The Original Driveway Design was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They gave us an honest and reasonable estimate, answered all my questions, showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job. The amount of rain we had this spring drew out the process more than in a typical year but the layer of gravel they laid until they could come back to pave never shifted and was never a muddy mess. I was also very impressed by their work crew's communication with me when they arrived, during the work and at the end. I would definitely recommend them.

Hired for driveway and front step replacement. Upgraded our concrete front step, added concrete driveway apron, and asphalt driveway. Sold based on good ideas around front step. Concrete and asphalt crews were both great, professional and efficient. Asphalt driveway was installed quickly with original sales person Randy also part of the asphalt driveway crew. Very positive experience with good design options, good quality, efficient friendly crew, no subcontractors. Very positive experience.
