My procedure went well. No complaints about the doctor. Their office staff is a different story. Their accounts department is absolutely horrible. She only works a few hours a week and refuses to return a phone call after billing me incorrectly. I finally got the office manager to speak to me & make an appointment to see me in person to go over their errors. The office manager left me a message to schedule an appointment to go over my incorrect bill but sent it to collections anyway! She still met with me & discovered THEIR error. I paid what was actually owed but they refused to drop the collection fees since they sent the bill to collections after agreeing to meet with me over their billing error. They refused to speak to me about THEIR INCORRECT billing & want me to pay collection fees? Now here we are more than 2 years later & im still disputing the $100 collection fee showing on my credit report. After all this, their horrible staff had the nerve to mention that I better not have any complications because they will not see me again with my poor payment history. Are you kidding me My bill was paid in full the same day they corrected their mistake. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to over pay & still have negative credit.

My 5 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed here. The nurses were amazing with him and instantly made him comfortable, despite being very anxious beforehand. I am thankful for all the staff!

My son had surgery this morning at Spring Ridge and from the moment we walked through the door EVERYONE (from the greeters and ladies at the front desk to the nurses and doctors) was welcoming, pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. My son is autistic and unfortunately has had many experiences with surgery so there was a lot of anxiety about his procedure and his reaction. The nurses were fantastic with him (and us) and asked about his preferences and made accommodations to make things easier and more comfortable for our son. The anesthesiologist was super kind and not only spoke to us prior to the surgery but also came to check on us after the surgery as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing surgery, especially those with children on the spectrum. Thank you for being amazing! ❤️

I’ve been a Register Nurse for 35 years with expirence in Different Wards, ER, MICU and PICC Nurse.
My daughter, Mirnelle M. Mercado, was operated yesterday morning and I was very impressed with all the care given from the front door security guard to the last escort service.
All emotional support and orientation of the procedure was done very profesional.
All the areas were clean, excelent organization and intervention.
Just want to give my gratitud and God bless all 🙏🏻♥️🧘🏻‍♀️.

Thanks in advance, Mirna Negrón (Mom).

Had my fourth and hopefully final surgery here, this year today! Every time everyone has been amazing, from check in to check out. Highly recommend this surgical location. Hopefully I won’t have to be back this year but if so I would be more than willing to go here. Thank you for having the sweetest, best staff and safe surgical site!

I had a great experience at the Surgicenter at Spring Ridge from the Covid-19 Screening guard at the front door to the nurse who wheeled me out to my car. Every single person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The nurses were so kind and explained everything very well. They really helped calm my nerves before and after the procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU!

Made my child wait over an hour to go back for her surgery, I unfortunately get my monthly and I'm not allowed to go to my car to get shorts or a tampon, so here I sit in soaked blood! It took me to ask a nurse to be able to go to the car which took less than 5 mins. The nurses have been nice here!

This review is solely based off of my dealing with one receptionist and one billing manager. The surgery staff would easy get a 5 star review.
You need to separate the departments here because one does not reflect the whole.
Worst experience I've ever had at a reception area prior to and on the day of surgery.

To start this off, i received emails , calls and from these people telling me to sign paper work otherwise my appointment would get cancelled. Ok fine, filed and signed.
I get to the appointment day or surgery and deal with 2 of the most unprofessional people i've ever had to deal with.
Dealing with Kristine at reception and the blonde billing lady in the back is going to lead me to escalate this entire situation.
So when i arrive im surprised to be told i have to pay 500$ immediately on the spot, I question it and the billing lady tells me, "Well if you can't pay it today, we'll bill you anyway"
So I snapped back and said well who said im unwilling to pay it, my problem is being told this today where i was specifically told what to bring with me and not one document mentioned 500$.
So billing bully tells me she emailed me... I ask what email and she tells me the email address which ends up being incorrect. She then tells me, "Yes you corrected me already and i've resent the email so you owe me 500$ at this point"
Baffled and without a single email im left confused and pay the amount. Circle back not a day later, I figure out the issue, SHE STILL ENTERED MY EMAIL WRONG. On top of this, she tells me I haven't met my deductible which is why i have to pay them now.... That wouldnt be an issue if she wasn't thrice incorrect.
So a month later, receive a bill for over 700$... i also received a statement from my insurance telling me my deduction has already been met.... While all of this is going on the receptionist is laughing, My pregnant wife is with me getting annoyed at the giggly receptionist, i supposed thinking they were totally in the right and assuming i couldn't pay a deductible on the spot, So my wife asked the receptionist a question. The receptionist without anyone in front of her to service or to help declines to help my wife!. She tells her oh the other receptionist can help your husband's So she refused to assist my wife... Coincidently my wife was being helped by the other receptionist, the only colored lady there amazingly professional and sweet, was interrupted by Kristine for a missing signature.
Outside of billing and the one single receptionist, everyone was amazing.
Will escalate and follow up on this until I get an explanation of the billing managers incompetence, rudeness, incorrect billing and incorrect personal information additionally seeking apology for the receptionists unprofessionalism, lack of training, lack of empathy/humility.
My name is here, I'm expecting a follow-up call and will follow-up myself by 03/17.
