I came to the UPS Store to return my Amazon pkg they said I had to pay for the return label and then the packaging. I have never had to pay for a return. I called Amazon and they let me know all I needed was the correct QR code. They were not helpful at all. I still was expected me to pay to return an item that was less than the packaging and shipping label. I will never go back there!

I came in with a HUGE packing and shipping order - 18 packages to 11 different addresses. ANTHONY was consistently courteous, efficient, patient and kind. He was the only person working on a Sunday and could only have one cash register open (for my order). Nevertheless, he was able to help quite a number of other customers very efficiently while still processing my job, thereby skillfully managing what could otherwise have been a stressful situation. Great job!

Anthony and his team went above and beyond to help us track a package that should not have been sent. In a world where scams are rampant, especially in areas with vulnerable populations, it was such a blessing to have competent, honest, and fast moving employees. I strongly suggest you double checked your drop off receipts to ensure what you just turned over to UPS, has a legit tracking number. For example: if your tracking number starts off like 1Z196…..that’s a legit tracking number. If it shows a tracking number such as D8ymQ….. that is NOT a tracking number. I never noticed this until recently when I was trying to find out why Amazon wasn’t giving me refunds for stuff I’ve returned. I never looked at the receipt before I left the store.

Had to get fingerprinted and Tim was very professional helping me out especially when the machine didn't read my fingers at first. John is also helpful as well as the other guy I forgot to get name of. Recommended.
