Tilly’s is easily the best pet supply store in a 200 mile radius.

They always have new selections of toys, foods and additives, and supplies, too. Not only do they have a healthy amount of products to choose from, but they’re also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions a person may have about a product.

I’m a frequent flyer and I won’t go anywhere else to spoil my baby or for everyday supplies! 🐱

I visited from out of state. Last time I was here, I had visited their previous smaller location.
I highly appreciate the quality of products they have.
I was very surprised of how nice they set up their new location. Clean and well organized.
Healthy all natural dog/ cat food and treats are available. Along with plenty of enrichment and leash options.
I was especially excited about how healthy their fish tanks look. They have amazing quality in fish! Very vibrant and large in size. If you need to buy fish local, I certainly recommend coming here! And don't even get me started on the variety of driftwood they have available 😆

We walked into the most amazing pet and animal store shop in Park Rapids. It had an amazing inventory and Justin the owner was very helpful. This is a great one stop shop for animal lovers.

I called simply asking if they carried a certain dog food (which isn’t even ‘cheap’ food) and whoever answered said “OH no, we don’t carry that here. You can find THAT at L&M fleet. WE carry and stock MUCH BETTER quality food here.” It was incredibly condescending and rude. I feel sorry for those who can only afford even cheaper food if this was how *I* was treated. I won’t give a 1-star because the reviews are overwhelmingly positive and I did not set foot in the physical store. But wow that employee was rude. Even a coworker who overheard the conversation agreed it was absolutely unnecessary to respond like that.

Cute pet store right off of Main Street in town! We stopped in today and bought a couple cute toys and one of the workers helped me find the right CBD/Joint care for my 13 year old puppy 🐾
