Tricee is amazing. She picked me up and gave me a ride to Atlanta. Very personable and extremely nice. Spoke to me like she knew me for years and treated me nice and with the upmost respect. Best taxi service, their just as smooth as Uber or Lyft without the computer operating. The drivers are real empathetic and friendly. Bro had a charger port for every phone and he let me play whatever music I wanted on the way

I have to share my poor experience because it is not fair to me as a customer. I have used this taxi service many of times at different parts of the day. They ask to call ahead for better service, however, I will place my reservation one hour ahead at night just to wait an extra 45 minutes. No apologies or call. I would have to call or text to see if the taxi was still coming. Most seem very unappreciative of the business given especially at night. This has happened several times and different excuses are presented. I asked my driver how to get in touch with the owner and she said she has to pass on the message. I work too hard for my money to pay for service as such.

I have been living here in Conyers GA over 2 years and been using different taxi company but lately I had a ride of my life with Tricee taxi and I am very impressed even satisfy with their customer service. Requested taxi. 4 hours later they still hadn't shown up. Never told me they hada problem or that they were running late. They did respond to my messages when I asked where they were. Gave up and called BC Taxi.

To the owner....want the screen shots of the conversation? Can't be a customer if I was left waiting for 4 hours and was never picked up.
