Do not trust Tru Seal with your driveway. This is what they call a finished, beautiful brand new driveway. Asphalt coming up, seams everywhere, patches....and this is brand new.

I've reached out to my association and Tru Seal themselves and everyone is saying this is a beautiful new finished driveway. They are telling me no more work will be done.

My townhouse association hired truseal.
I’m not surprised that an association hired the cheapest company that does poor work.
The edges of my driveway are way more crooked than the picture shows. Out in front of my garage door the black top sloped towards my garage door. They came out to address the horrible job that was performed and they heated up the blacktop in front of my garage door and fixed the slope only halfway across the driveway . They did not even touch the crooked edges. The owner of truseal was on site and talked to me. He just talked in circles and wouldn’t own up to the poor quality. He could careless that his company name is represented so poorly by the job they did. He believes profit first and customer satisfaction last.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

TruSeal did a horrible job. After several attempts in contacting them with no responses I walked into their office. They said they would be out in the next couple days to look at it and never showed. They even patched the wrong address! They were paid in full by our management company Network Management so getting them to come back a fix the issue was nonexistent. Run as fast as you can from these guys. Horrible customer service when trying to resolve issues

Truseal America is very knowledgeable about the industry. They do excellent work and provide great customer service and communication regardless of the job size. They can confidently handle large jobs as well as smaller ones. I have worked with Truseal America for my asphalt and concrete needs in community associations for years and will continue to do so.

Lazy work that was NOT up to standards. Workers do not care about your property. Chipped our front step. Created more damage to our foundation and then blames homeowners. Cuts were done and not filled properly. Didn't complete any of the final sealing. Left a gapping hole that my entire finger can go into. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE job.
Also, we had fast food bags, water bottles, and someone threw hot dog buns with relish right inside my garbage… didn’t use a bag.. now I have relish all over my garbage… thanks for destroying more than restoring.
