After reading all the reviews here, I realized I’m not the only one who is complaining about the catalogs. I’m pretty sure more than 90% of these catalogs will go straight to the trash cans. Please be environmentally friendly.

You can get more business by not mailing people catalogs. I’m so frustrated that everytime I place an order with Uline, I will start receiving these annoying catalogs. Going forward, I will go somewhere else for my warehouse supplies as I’m really tired of contacting them to unsubscribe. These catalogs are like VIRUS!!!!!!!

I was amazed to see the rating. This company is a six star. They have everything and you can have it the next day might be a couple bucks more than anybody else but you’ll have it. Amazon, you go when you choose something it’ll say it’ll be there tomorrow, it’s never there tomorrow so if you need stuff fast, you Line is the best.

Very poor customer service
I have been ordering thousands of dollars for my stores
They messed up one order and send me defective glass shelves that I had to return and wait on a new shipment which had issues to
There mistakes caused me to open my new store two weeks late which cost me a lot in revenue
I called them back and requested for a manager who was helping with my account to call me back but the three managers Aubrey then Amanda and finally Kristin refused to take my request or to provide me with the name of the manager that was helping me in the past, and all three were talking to me like I was a nuisance for them
Last time I checked, I was a customer of their company
Very poor customer service skills the management have
I know that when I have issues with my customers and that it’s my fault. I make sure to make it up to them.
I have been trying to get in touch with just one manager that cares about their customers, but I haven’t found one after spending three hours on the phone today
I may very well never order again, and I would rather spend more money ordering from a different company in the future

It is 2023 and these dinosaurs are still sending out a 900 page color catalog. Nobody is using it. I request to stop receiving one at least 3 times a year and i still get them. I am going to find another place to get what i used to get from uline.
