DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to replace multiple parts on my garage door. Cables, spring, hinges, rollers, etc. $1550 and 10 days later, 5 uses… the cable came unwound and the door was caught. They sent someone out 2 days later, on a Sunday, who refused to fix their own work unless I paid the $175 service fee. Due to a storm and my belongings already being exposed for 2 days I paid it. Used it twice, seemed ok left town for 6 weeks, opened it once, it’s having more issues.

They sent someone out again yesterday after me calling repeatedly, he said it was fixed but I should get $700 in more parts. I closed it after he left, the cables were rubbing on the door and it broke.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do shoddy work and don’t fix the problem when notified, then try to steal more money from you. They do not stand by their 90 service day warranty from what I can tell. The new company said for nearly $2K USA Garages charged me for random parts that didn’t need replacing, I could have bought an entire new garage door with all the hinges, rollers, and tracks. The spring, which they charged me $650 for, is too big and they had to add weight to the door. Oh, and it should have only cost me $260.

UPDATE: They post fake responses to reviews like they care. USA Garage and Gates has my contact information and has never once called me back after I called repeatedly.
