I originally reached out to this business on October 10. I left all my information with the lady and she said that somebody would be getting back to me soon. I reached back out to them on November 1 and she gave me the project managers direct number. I still have not heard anything back. I understand that people are busy right now but this is not a way to conduct business.

UPDATE- Devin from Vinyltech did reach out to me. He wanted to make up where they have fallen short on originally not contacting me, He got back to me with a $7000 quote for two windows and painting and repairing a handrail system. I explained to him that my mother-in-law was on a limited income and I don’t believe she can afford the two windows, but I was definitely interested in having him repair and paint the handrail system. I asked him if the two windows could be possibly repaired, and he did say yes, but he did not follow up with me. I have messaged him twice now and absolutely nothing.

I noticed this place has great reviews. I’m not quite for sure why I’ve had such a negative experience. Photos of text messages and no response.
