BE VERY CAREFUL! They say they don't have the ability to fully test espresso machines which is fine, but all the service company had to do was lift the top to see the welds on the boiler were totally broke!! Don't need to test to see broken parts! Due to illness we were delayed in opening our shop so we lost 1600$ on a clearly broken espresso machine.

Purchased over $35k in items from Vision Auction pretty disappointed to say the least. One of the slicers i Purchased is "brand new" and the automatic setting doesn't work. Another slicer is missing parts, and was also labeled as "new" 2024 models. Yes this is an auction but at vision there's without a doubt a lean towards misleading customers to make bigger sales.

Also if you sort by most recent reviews here you can see that the most recent 5 star reviews are definitely bots(check their post history). There is most definitely ghost bidding or bidding up their own auctions. Most of the stuff at auction are just things they couldn't resell on ebay.

Very disappointed. Please avoid, and buy directly from a dealer.

I purchased a meat packaging / sealer from this company through auction. I was prompt to pay as soon as I received their invoice, however their customer service was not only terrible, they had no clue how to sell to an international buyer even denying a W9 form needed to export out of the US, because they did not want to pay taxes! That is fraud! They sent an email over to Cheryl at the main, who to this day has not replied to any of my email request, its been 3 months now, I doubt I will receive any kind of follow up from this joke of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are not serious.
