The Vito Oil Filter System is an absolutely fantastic product! We have saved so much time because we don’t have to clean our 2 fryers as frequently. It’s easy to use and is part of our kitchen closing procedures. Saving time by not boiling out the fryers so frequently is just as valuable to our small restaurant as the money we save in oil costs.

WORTH THE INVESTMENT!
Great product! Saves us time and money, as we are able to extend our oil life. We filter our two fryers daily. We recently had to have repair done on our machine, and we felt the pains of being without it for a week (you dont know what you have til it's gone!). However customer service/repair was GREAT and QUICK! We love our VITO - and i would highly recommend it!

Vito Fryer filters are the best. We've had ours for years and it just works great. We can clean our fryers during service as the machine just rests inside the oil chamber and does its thing. I've been in the industry for over 30 years and haven't seen a fryer cleaner like it. I'll never use the dump style again, as they are so dangerous comparatively. Cheers!!!

Bought the equipment at the NRA show in Chicago this past May. Got delivered 2 weeks later and stopped working second day of usage. Called the company to learn how to proceed. Was asked to return the product for repair. A week later got a call from Vito that the equipment have been repaired but have suffered some body damaged in transit. I then requested a brand-new equipment with no damage or full refund. A refund was issued but with a staggering restocking fee of $863.00 for equipment that never performed properly. Called the owner directly this time to request a full refund of the restocking fee and apparently catch him landing at an airport, then he promised to call back next day. 4 days passed by, and he never called as promised. It's been a really good example of how not to service a customer for faulty equipment. It is November and I haven't been able to put this issue aside. Please be aware of their practices!

We operate a food truck on our resort and love the vito's space saving design. A food truck just doesn't have the space of the traditional style fry oil cleaners. Using the Vito daily has provided significant savings on oil while not occupying a lot of space. Highly recommend for anyone, especially operations where space is paramount!
