My experience with this company haunts me. The lady in charge of cashing checks took my mom's check and tried putting it into two different accounts. Whatever fishy stuff she was trying to pull took longer for the checks to clear but the money came out of my parents account right away. Because she didn't see the amount add up in their account she tried pulling the money from my mom's account twice more. When my mom saw that she ask the lady what was going on and she said the payment didn't go through and tried accusing my mom of not paying. My mom showed her her bank account to prove that the money did in fact come out of her account and posted to theirs. The lady kept harassing her and they even met at the bank together and the bank told the lady the money was in their account the lady was freaking out at everyone.
My mom was pretty upset because she's not a thief but she didn't want to pay double. Thinking that there might be some language barrier, I thought I could help the situation and talk to the company explaining to them that the issue was on their end and that the money was not in my mom's account anymore. I had no idea the issue was already at the Federal Bank level and even they came back saying my mom is clear. I came in and kindly explained to the lady that in case there is a misunderstanding between my mom and the lady because my mom speaks a different language I wanted to explain it for her. Once they knew I was the daughter they became angry started threatening to arrest me and told me to get out of the building or they will throw me out waving their papers at me and two people started coming at me like I'm some animal. I got the hell out of there completely confused at such anger and Hate. Why did she compel everyone to feel this way about my mother? I feel like what the lady was doing was fishy and to this day it bothers me that they treated me that way without reason. I should have stayed and allowed them to call the cops but they would not let me speak a word and were pretty violent. May seem unreal but this is why it haunts me.
Later my mom's check cleared on their end and she was able to get a receipt and a letter confirming the payment from them. I don't understand why all this happened to begin with!

This company is a joke!!! They destroyed our front yard during a project for the city and tried to only fix it half way and now I can’t get ahold of anyone!
