The purchasing and installation was simple and stress free. Ordered 7 windows and 2 doors in October and installed March. I believe some material sourcing issue outside their control issue caused a delay with one of the doors. Either way the simplicity is what I appreciate due to my busy schedule.

We had Tom R come to give us a quote and he did a great job explaining the impact windows we needed. We signed and got installation 2 months later. Anthony and his team came right on time and did a great job getting the windows installed and taking care of any of the small issues that came from removing our very stubborn old windows. Got right on the inspection schedule. Very happy

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Tom, our sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable, both about his products and the competitors. There was no high pressure to buy, just simple facts and comparisons, especially about the outstanding quality of the Window World products. Anthony’s install team was super fast and super clean. We had drop cloths ready, but they had both drop cloths and a shop vac going the whole time. The windows are amazing!!! House holds temp all day because of how great the insulation is now. My only regret is that I didn’t do this 10 years ago.

Window World of Fort Myers was very good to work with related to the purchase and installation of our hurricane-impact windows. From the beginning, Cathy provided a very informative demonstration for us and answered all of our questions. Her presentation made a big difference in our purchase decision, as a competitor company's presentation was not nearly as informative. After we decided to purchase, we primarily communicated with Dawn. She was fabulous and very conscientious in helping ensure that our windows were installed within in our tight timeframe. She also coordinated the necessary inspections and followed up with us the day after the installation to ensure everything 'passed' inspection. She was very responsive and helpful. Finally, the installation team, led by Fabio, was very conscientious and hard-working. They stayed late to finish our job in one day and did an excellent job in cleaning up after their work was complete. Window World's price was very competitive compared to other companies that we contacted. Overall, we highly recommend Window World of Fort Myers. Our windows look beautiful, and we look forward to them lasting us for many years to come.

Window World provides professional service from the first techs who arrived to measure each window opening to pulling permits. They scheduled installation when my windows arrived. The windows fit perfectly for each window opening. I had a special request to install a picture window with two smaller windows on top to allow air flow in my living room. Window World has double hung windows which allows the homeowner to open the window from either the top or the bottom. Staff were friendly and worked together as a team. I was quite impressed with the quality of the window styles to bring my home up to current county building codes and for hurricane preparedness. I am now ready for this hurricane season. Thank you Window World for my windows.
