This is my second home in which I have used windows world to upgrade/replace windows. Their pricing model is fair and more than competitive. Communication and service is awesome. The installers were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Zac and his team were amazing and a pleasure to have in my home.
At least let chase come out and give you an estimate before you invest and quite possibly over pay. Chase was very good. This time I financed half my windows through Wells Fargo. Chase see it up and my payment is actually less than expected. This is helpful as I had 21 window done. I am specifically happy with the fit and the professional wrapping of the windows.

I am very disappointed with the purchase of my windows from Window World. Very poor product quality, not recommended at all. Less than 6 months since installation, there have been huge issues with the seal between the panels and even internal gas failures inside. A complete disaster of a product. Not recommended

I had seven seven triple pane windows installed in my home this last summer. The installation went very nicely, the windows look great, but this winter tells another story. With strong West winds I noticed it was chilly by the windows. Using my hand I felt air coming through the joints where the two windows panes meet and along the edges. Enough of a breeze to blow out a match. To be fair, I have called them and they will be sending a technician out this next week. But I'm very disappointed that they weren't installed correctly, or that they aren't the quality they say they are.

Weather and supply-chain issues were very frustrating and and our doors were installed quite a bit later than we had anticipated because of that. We WE'RE ecstatic about the new doors. Our old doors looked like hell and had virtually no insulation. Cold air coming in and frozen doors were always issues in winter. Now we even have storm doors with rollaway screens. Techs were very friendly and personable. Did have some glitches in the doors immediately after installation which took some time to address. However, everything now works fine, the doors are extremely nice, and they make our home look much more attractive. Front door did develop an issue with the entry lock three years later. Since it's a lifetime warranty, it only took a quick phone call to schedule an appointment. Tech was ten minutes early, knew EXACTLY what the problem was, and had it fixed in less than fifteen minutes! Fantastic customer service!

Chase came out and gave us a great presentation on new sliding windows and a new patio door. He was very friendly and professional. The job won’t be completed for another 3 months or so but I will update my review with pictures once our new windows and patio door are installed. So far so good! I would highly recommend!

Matt was our installer and he was fantastic. He was on time both days, called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He laid down carpet so he didn’t ruin the floor and cleaned up after himself. Very professional. I would highly recommend window world. I will post a couple before and after pictures. It is like night and day. We love our new windows and patio door!

We just had 3 large windows installed (5x5), and a storm door. What a difference! Our old windows were a complete disaster. We no longer have a draft. We live close to a busy road and the traffic noise was almost unbearable, but now we hear very little to no traffic noise with the windows shut!! Joe, a contractor for window world did an excellent job! Joe talked in high regard about the owners of the window world franchise that services our area, and how well they take care of their employees. You don't hear that very often. The windows and door are high quality and almost 1/3 the cost of the big name window brands. We have 4 more windows to get installed and we will be using Window world again!

2022-Worst customer service. Horrible communication, horrible follow through. We had all new windows and doors installed. It took them over 3 months even though they said 1-2 weeks. Windows are great quality, we love the doors. Well built product but the customer service completely ruined this company’s image. I was constantly hounding them to fix the issues they created, damaged or messed up, it was countless weeks with no communication. I felt like they just didn’t care. It was weeks before we would not hear anything and I’d have to call to find when they're coming back. Horrible flexibility. They still haven’t even completed the job. The finish job was ok. They fixed everything that was wrong but again it was a chore for them to come back out and fix everything. Pretty much we paid in full and they disappeared. I don’t get why we’re getting this type of treatment or how this company continues to survive with this mindset that the quality of service is ok. I will be calling Window World corporate in the morning and filing a complaint. My GF regrets using this company and the $40,000 she paid this business.

Added some photos. Found that now one of our windows was not foam correctly. due to us having frosting issues from winter that was causing warping of the boards in our 3 seasons porch. We’re also having moisture leaking issues between our siding when everything thawed. The tech didn’t even inject foam between the window, I removed a chunk in the center of the window to verify that I wasn’t crazy that this tech didn’t foam correctly. A call with the service manager, he tried to put blame on me ripped out the foam when I removed the siding between the window but you can clearly see that the window gap is fresh and clean. On top of this issue, the aluminum casings on the outside of the windows, on certain windows, now need to be replaced because the person who originally installed our windows didn’t install it correctly. The call with the service manager was rude and he continued to tell me I’m lying to him, my opinion didn’t matter, I asked him multiple times to come out and just look at it so I could prove to him I didn’t damage it and wouldn’t even give it a chance because again he couldn’t believe me. He tried to use the excuse of some random piece of foam in a photo provided, from a previous install way before the windows were installed, this piece of foam is from when they foam the underside of the deck and leaked through the boards, the big piece of foam that I’m holding is what I ripped out between the window and this is why I’m lying to him, clearly by my photos you can see color and looks is not the newer foam. He also tried to blame me that I ripped off the metal case siding causing the foam to be ripped off. This window didn’t even have a metal casing, all they just put on this window was basically inside molding.

Update

Found out that window world, after having the windows installed after a year, had never done the final inspection. I called the city out to inspect the windows and he did confirm that windows was not foamed correctly, windows were not sealed correctly around the outside with caulk. City failed the work as it was not to code.

08/02/2023
Everything was fixed the way it should have been from the beginning. City passed the inspection.
